Chef's Table Tips Award

Four awards are presented annually. Recipients must, at the time of selection:

• be a full-time student at Fanshawe College and currently enrolled in one of the following programs: Baking and Pastry Arts Management, Culinary Management, Nutrition and Food Service Management OR Golf and Club Management (Co-op)
• have successfully completed the Service Course within these programs: FDMG-1114, FDMG-1125 or FDMG-1146 (course will depend on the program enrolled in)
• have maintained a minimum GPA of 2.5 (cumulative)
• demonstrate a desire to provide an exceptional service experience, and enthusiasm for the profession
• demonstrate they work effectively as part of a team, showing initiative and leadership
• be punctual and show continuous improvement

No application required. Recipient(s) will be notified by email if selected to receive this award.
