Mercer Culinary Award
Two awards are presented annually. Recipients must, at the time of selection:
- be a full-time student at Fanshawe College and enrolled in level 2 of the Baking and Pastry Arts Management program or the Culinary Management program
- have achieved a cumulative Grade Point Average of at least 2.0
- have achieved the highest combined average grade in eligible practical lab courses
- have demonstrated a positive attitude and motivation to succeed in the hospitality industry
No application required. Recipient(s) will be notified by email if selected to receive this award.
