Impact
The Mercer Culinary Awards are awarded to full-time students currently enrolled in either Year 1 of Fanshawe’s Culinary Skills, Culinary Management (Apprentice), or Nutrition and Food Services Management program, or Year 2 of the Culinary Management, Culinary Management (Apprentice), or Food and Beverage Management programs, and maintained a minimum 2.0 GPA (cumulative). Theses students demonstrate the highest combined average grade in eligible practical lab courses, and demonstrate a positive attitude and motivation to succeed in the hospitality industry.
