One award is presented annually. Recipient must, at the time of selection:

• be a full-time student at Fanshawe College and has successfully completed level 2 of the Dental Hygiene program
• have maintained a minimum Grade Point Average of at least 3.5 (cumulative)
• have achieved the highest proficiency in both the DENT-1046 Health Promotion & Disease Prevention 1 course & DENT- 3023 Health Promotion & Disease Prevention 2 (or equivalent courses as determined by program coordinator)

No application required. Recipient(s) will be notified by email if selected to receive this award.
