The dentalcorp Award of Excellence in Dental Assisting is awarded to a full-time student who has successfully completed level 1 of Fanshawe’s Dental Assisting program, maintained a minimum GPA of 3.5 (cumulative), and achieved the highest proficiency in the DENT-1059 Oral Disease Prevention & Treatment course (or equivalent course as determined by program coordinator) and Live Actor Scenarios.
The dentalcorp Award of Excellence in Dental Hygiene is awarded to a full-time student at Fanshawe College who has successfully completed level 2 of the Dental Hygiene program, maintained a minimum Grade Point Average of at least 3.5 (cumulative), and achieved the highest proficiency in both the DENT-1046 Health Promotion & Disease Prevention 1 course & DENT- 3023 Health Promotion & Disease Prevention 2 (or equivalent courses as determined by program coordinator).
