Chef's Table Tips Award

Up to seven awards are presented annually. Recipients must, at the time of selection:

  • be a full-time student enrolled in one of the following programs: Baking and Pastry Arts Management; Culinary Management; Food and Beverage Management; Nutrition and Food Service Management; Golf and Club Management; or Hospitality and Tourism Operations Management programs
  • have successfully completed the Service Course within these programs FDMG-1114 or FDMG-3050 or FDMG-1125 (course will depend on the program enrolled in)
  • have maintained a minimum GPA of 2.5 (cumulative)
  • have consistently demonstrated a desire to provide an exceptional dining and service experience; enthusiasm for the profession, work effectively as part of a team, punctuality, continuous improvement, initiative, leaders.

No application required. Recipient(s) will be notified by email if selected to receive this award.
