Mercer Culinary Award

Four awards are presented annually. Recipients must, at the time of selection:

  • be currently enrolled full-time in Year 1 of the following programs: Culinary Skills, Culinary Management (Apprentice), or Nutrition and Food Services Management; OR Bake and Pastry Arts Management OR be currently enrolled full-time in Year 2 of the following programs: Culinary Skills, Culinary Management (Apprentice), or Nutrition and Food Services Management; OR Bake and Pastry Arts Management
  • have maintained a minimum 2.0 GPA (cumulative)
  • demonstrate the highest combined average grade in eligible practical lab courses
  • demonstrate a positive attitude and motivation to succeed in the hospitality industry

No application required. Recipient(s) will be notified by email if selected to receive this award.
