Mercer Culinary Award

Three awards are presented annually. Recipients must, at the time of selection:

*be enrolled as a full-time student at Fanshawe College and has completed level 1 and is enrolled in level 2 in one of the following programs:
o Baking and Pastry Arts Management;
o Culinary Management; OR
o Professional Butchery Techniques

  • have achieved a cumulative Grade Point Average of at least 2.0
  • have achieved the highest combined average grade in eligible practical lab courses
  • have demonstrated a positive attitude and motivation to succeed in the hospitality industry

No application required. Recipient(s) will be notified by email if selected to receive this award.
