Smart Serve Ontario
Smart Serve Ontario is the only responsible beverage sales and service training program recognized by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. Smart Serve is dedicated to developing and delivering training to all individuals who sell, serve or handle alcohol in licensed establishments, special events or private functions across the province.
Impact
The Smart Serve Bursary was established to recognize a first-year student in the School of Travel Tourism & Culinary Arts who has completed their Smart Serve certification and demonstrates a sense of leadership and passion for their field of study.
