Diane Lazenby Memorial Award

One award is presented annually. Recipient must, at the time of selection:

• be a full-time student at Fanshawe College and enrolled in level 4 of the Practical Nursing program at the Simcoe campus
• has achieved a minimum 3.0 GPA (cumulative)
• demonstrates exemplary care and compassion for patients

No application required. Recipient(s) will be notified by email if selected to receive this award.
