The David Waugh Bursary

One bursary is awarded annually. Recipient must, at the time of selection:

• demonstrate financial need as determined by a budget submission
• be enrolled full-time in the Broadcasting – Television and Film Production program at Fanshawe College
• meet Canadian citizenship and Ontario residency requirements
