Michael Kemp Memorial Bursary (OSOTF II)

A minimum of one bursary will be presented annually. Recipient must, at the time of selection:

• demonstrate financial need as determined by a budget submission
• be registered as a full time student in any post secondary program
• have achieved a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA (for students beyond level 1)
• be a Huron County resident, as defined by having attended the majority of their elementary or secondary years of study at a Huron County school
• meet Ontario Residency and Canadian Citizenship criteria
