One award is presented annually. Recipient must, at time of selection:

• be currently enrolled full-time in level 2 of the Welding Techniques program at the Simcoe/Norfolk Campus location
• maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA (cumulative)
• demonstrate excellence in practical application
