The total number of bursaries available each year varies. Recipient must, at the time of selection:
- demonstrate financial need as determined by a budget submission
- be enrolled or attending full time in a post secondary or post-diploma program for the first time
- meet Ontario Residency and Canadian Citizenship criteria
