The Canada Beef Award for Culinary Excellence

One award is presented annually. Recipient must, at the time of selection:

  • be a full-time student at Fanshawe College and has completed year 1 and is enrolled in year 2 of the Culinary Management program
  • have achieved a cumulative Grade Point Average of at least 3.0
  • have demonstrated leadership, understanding of the importance of local food sourcing and Canadian beef, demonstrated skills in beef butchery/preparation, cooking and service

No application required. Recipient(s) will be notified by email if selected to receive this award.
