123Dentist Excellence in Patient Care Award for Dental Assisting

One award is presented annually. Recipient must, at the time of selection:

• be a full-time student at Fanshawe College and has completed level 3 in the Dental Assisting program
• have achieved a cumulative Grade Point Average of at least 2.5
• demonstrate significant enthusiasm toward their program of study, is a true ambassador for the oral health industry
• demonstrate commitment to patient care

No application required. Recipient(s) will be notified by email if selected to receive this award.
