Canadian Professional Meat Cutters Association Award
One award is presented annually. Recipient must, at the time of selection:
- through full-time studies, have achieved the highest cumulative Grade Point Average upon completion of the Professional Butchery Techniques program
- demonstrate a passion for and a commitment to the profession
