One award is presented annually. Recipient must, at the time of selection, have:

• completed level 6 of the Dental Hygiene program
• achieved the highest clinical grade in these courses: professional conduct, standards of practice, IPAC and client history (Clinical courses DENT-5027 Clinical Practice 3 and DENT-5028 Clinical Practice 4)

No application required. Recipient(s) will be notified by email if selected to receive this award.
