Shelagh Dillon Watters Bursary (OTSS)

One bursary is presented annually. Recipient must, at the time of selection:

• demonstrate financial need as determined by a budget submission
• be registered as a full time student and is in level 2 of the Horticulture Technician program
• have achieved a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
• demonstrate leadership, commitment and passion in the field of horticulture
• meet Ontario Residency and Canadian Citizenship criteria
