One award is presented annually. Recipient must, at the time of selection:

• be a full-time, second year student at Fanshawe College in the Construction Engineering Technology Management program
• have achieved the highest grade in the Heavy Construction Quantity Surveying course
• have expressed a clear desire for a career in the field of Estimating
