Michael W. Groves Memorial Bursary

A minimum of one bursary will be presented annually. Recipient must, at the time of selection:

• demonstrate financial need as determined by a budget submission
• be registered as a full time student in any post secondary program
• have attended a high school in St. Thomas, ON
• meet Ontario Residency and Canadian Citizenship criteria
