Woodstock Hospital is a 178 bed capacity, full-service community hospital, providing primary care to a population of 55,000 people and offering specialized care to nearly 110,000 people within Oxford County. The hospital is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of patient-focused medical care with: a workforce of over 900 and growing; over 100 doctors including those with courtesy and consulting privileges; over 140 volunteers.

Woodstock Hospital has established the following awards:

The Board of Trust Memorial Award is presented to a student who has successfully completed the first year of Fanshawe’s Collaborative Nursing program with the highest academic standing in the theory portion of the program. (Minimum GPA of 2.5)

The Dunlop Memorial Award is presented to a student who has successfully completed the first year of Fanshawe’s Collaborative Nursing program and has demonstrated the highest achievement in his or her clinical placement. Preference is given to a student who is an Oxford County resident. (Minimum GPA of 2.5)

The Florence L. Wilson Memorial Award is presented to a student who has successfully completed the first year of Fanshawe’s Collaborative Nursing degree program, has demonstrated the highest general proficiency in professional nursing practice and has demonstrated a commitment to patient care. Preference is given to a student who is an Oxford County resident. (Minimum GPA of 2.5)
