The Estate of Nelson McNamara
In 2018, the Estate of Nelson McNamara established an award to recognize deserving students in the Manufacturing Engineering Technician program at Fanshawe College.
Impact
The Nelson McNamara Scholarship supports students who have successfully completed year 1 of the Fanshawe’s Manufacturing Engineering Technician Program, maintained a minimum 2.0 GPA (cumulative), and who demonstrate progressive success in courses within the program, as well as a strong interest in pursuing a career as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician.
