The TD Bank Group, James N Allan Campus Bursary (OTSS) was created by TD Canada Trust Simcoe in 2011.

The TD Bank Group, James N Allan Campus Bursary (OTSS) was established to assist James N. Allan campus students in their final level of a diploma or degree program with preference given to those who previously graduated from an ESL program.
