Stubbe's Precast

Stubbe’s was founded in 1982 by Herb Stubbe, when he designed and manufactured the first precast concrete hog feeders in Ontario, Canada. Over the years the company added various other agricultural products including various types of bunk feeders, bunker silo walls and slats combined with posts and beams.

Stubbe’s has evolved into a multi-faceted company that offers Structural and Architectural Precast Concrete, Redi-Mix Concrete, and Bulk Cement.

Impact

Stubbe’s Precast Award of Excellence in Civil Engineering Technology recognizes a full-time student who has completed level 4 in Fanshawe’s Civil Engineering Technology Program, demonstrates excellence in CONS-1008 Construction Material (in level 3), and demonstrates a strong work ethic, having pride in workmanship, fairness and integrity.

Stubbe’s Precast Award of Excellence in Architectural Technology recognizes a student who has completed year 2 (completed level 4) in Fanshawe’s Architectural Technology program. This student demonstrates excellence in ARCH-3016 Architectural Design by demonstrating knowledge of the Building Code, 3D modeling in Revit (BIM) and knowledge of construction building drawings, such as reading and producing plans, evaluations and sections.

Scholarships
