Retired Teachers of Ontario District 8
With more than 80,000 members across Canada, RTOERO are influential advocates and the largest national provider of non-profit group health insurance for education retirees. Their members come from the broader education community. They work in or are retired from the early years, school boards, private schools, post-secondary institutions or any other capacity in education.
Impact
The RTOERO District 8 Award of Excellence in Early Childhood Leadership was established to recognize a student from Fanshawe’s Honours Bachelor of Early Childhood Leadership program who has completed year 3 and who demonstrates excellence through interpersonal skills, leadership, professionalism and community engagement in education care.
