MTE Consultants is a multidisciplinary engineering firm providing services in civil and structural engineering, building and environmental science, toxicology and land surveying. Founded in 1985 in Southern Ontario, they are proud to have helped shape the regions in which they work and live for over three decades, aligning with clients to improve the communities of friends, families, and neighbours.

Impact

The MTE Award for Emerging Environmental Innovators is awarded to a full-time student who has completed year 2 in Fanshawe’s Environmental Technology program and achieved a cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.5. This student exhibits strong leadership skills amongst peers and the ability to prioritize various projects on firm deadline, has demonstrated strong communication skills with all members of project team, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and passion for environmental innovations through project work and/or extracurricular activities.

The MTE Community Builders of Tomorrow Award is awarded to a full-time student who has completed year 2 in Fanshawe’s Civil Engineering Technology program, and achieved a cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.5. This student exhibits professional attributes of collaboration with team member and dedication to successful problem-solving on their team work, has demonstrated strong attention to detail and a passion for engineering, and shows commitment to their community or school through volunteering and extracurricular activities.

The MTE Future Construction Leaders Award is awarded to a full-time student who has completed year 2 in Fanshawe’s Construction Engineering Technology Management program and achieved a cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.5. This student exhibits strong leadership skills amongst peers and the ability to prioritize various projects, has demonstrated strong communication skills with all members of project team, and shows a strong commitment to their community or school through volunteering and extracurricular activities.
