Metrican Manufacturing is a 85,000 sq. ft facility home to a Tool & Die Manufacturing and Design Center, as well as Metal Stamping operations based in Oakville. They provide CNC Machining/Wire EDM Machining, Tool Build
Prototyping, and Press Tryout/Stamping Area.
Impact
The Metrican Mechanical Technician Achievement Award was established to recognize a fulltime student from Fanshawe’s Mechanical Technician – Tool and Die co-op program at the St. Thomas campus who demonstrates a keen interest in the field of advanced manufacturing and machining.
