Leavens Auto Group
Leavens Motors was founded in 1958. Leaven Motors became Leavens Volkswagen, then adding new dealerships to become Leavens Automotive Group. Their stores include Porsche of London, Leavens Volvo Cars London, Volkswagen Chatham and Audi Windsor. In the car business, people tend to move around. At Leavens, their clients get to know them – some of their employees have been with them for 20 to 30 years.

Impact
The Leavens Volkswagen Achievement Award is awarded to a full-time student in semester 3 of Fanshawe’s Automotive Service Technician (Apprenticeship) program and has maintained a minimum 3.0 GPA (cumulative). This student has also demonstrated leadership qualities, both in the classroom and through peer interaction, demonstrated initiative, problem-solving and teamwork skills and expressed a strong interest in pursuing a career in Motive Power.
The Leavens Volkswagen Achievement Award is awarded to a student who has successfully completed semester 2 in Fanshawe’s Automotive Service Technician Program, demonstrates leadership qualities in classroom work and peer interaction and demonstrates initiative, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
