In Memory of Mary Ellen Chalmers
Dr. Cathy Faulds, a comprehensive family physician who practices in palliative care, established the Mary Ellen Chalmers Award in Nursing in 2015.
The Mary Ellen Chalmers Award in Nursing is presented to a student who has completed year 2 of Fanshawe’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program and has maintained good academic standing, demonstrates volunteer work and reflects commitment and dedication to family practice and patient-centred care.
