In Memory of John Higgins
The John Higgins Bursary was established by the friends and family of the late John Higgins, in his memory.
Impact
The John Higgins Bursary is presented to a graduating student who has demonstrated strong academic standing, as well as the greatest practical skills in the second year of either Fanshawe’s Electrical Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering Technician programs.
