In Memory of Chauncey Rae Jackson
The Chauncey Jackson Award of Merit was established by friends to honour Broadcasting Radio alumna Chauncey Rae Jackson. Chauncey was a generous, kind and selfless person who found many ways to give to others. She had a love of paddle boarding on Lake Huron, snowshoeing and hiking, as well as a great love for animals of all kinds.
Impact
The Chauncey Jackson Award of Merit is presented to a full-time student in first year of Fanshawe’s Broadcasting Radio program who has the best conduct, combined with a high standard of ability; someone who goes beyond the expectations of the program course work.
