Hutton Forest Products
Hutton Forest Products is a premier distributor of wood products across Canada and the United States. The Cambridge-based company was founded by James Hutton, a graduate of Fanshawe’s Business-Marketing program. In 2018, the Hutton family established an endowed award to support entrepreneurial-minded students enrolled in a marketing program within the Lawrence Kinlin School of Business.
Impact
The James Hutton and Family Entrepreneurial Leadership Awards are presented annually to five full-time students who have completed level 1 and enrolled in level 2 of the Business Fundamentals – Entrepreneurship program. Recipients must have achieved a minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstrate a strong passion and drive to become an entrepreneur.
