Elgin County Municipal Supervisor's Association (ECMSA)
The Elgin County Municipal Road Supervisors Association is the local Elgin branch of the Association of Ontario Road Supervisors, which is a Provincial professional association of individuals dedicated to providing high quality public services through certification, educational programs and interaction amongst its members.
Impact
The Elgin County Municipal Road Supervisor’s Association Bursary is available to full-time students in the Civil Engineering Technology and Construction Engineering Technology – Management programs. The recipients must be an Elgin County resident as defined by having attended the majority of their elementary or secondary years of study at an Elgin County school.
