Impact
The Landscape Equipment Operation and Workplace Safety Awards recognizes two first-year students in Fanshawe’s Horticulture Technician program who achieved the highest and second-highest grade in the Landscape Equipment Operation and Workplace Safety course.
The Landscape Safety Awards are presented to the first, second and third-place winners of an essay competition. The recipients demonstrate that they understand the importance of safety on the job and, more importantly, must comment critically on how safety can be improved in the landscape industry.
