Impact

The Chris Fliesser Award of Excellence for Innovation in Teaching in the Faculty of Technology was established to recognize a Fanshawe faculty member who, at time of nomination, implemented innovation in teaching that: engages students enthusiastically in their learning; is sustainable and has the potential of being taken up by others to encourage transformative change in teaching and learning, within and outside of classrooms; responds to diverse student experience and learning styles; and is a specific project/idea/approach, rather than overall teaching style of an individual person.
